One of the only mainland rookeries for harbor seals and California sea lions you will get a chance to see new born marine mammals for a safe distance without disturbing them. We will also photographed the dozens of species of shorebirds that nest and fish along the shore.

Each year since 1996, the Whooping Crane Festival in Port Aransas, Texas has celebrated the annual return of the cranes to their wintering habitat at the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. In 2022, the festival is back and ready to celebrate it's 25th anniversary!

The four-day event will feature renowned speakers, birding trips, boating trips, nature tours, photography workshops, a trade show, and much more.

In addition, you’ll learn the easiest and most cost-effective way to register your photographs with the U.S. Copyright Office by learning how to register up to 750 photographs at one time.
